Beyond Less is More - Where Takeshin Dekiryoku™ Rises Up

Less is more."
When I first heard these words, I felt a quiet fire in my heart.
These words of architect Mies van der Rohe certainly set the standard for beauty in my mind.
Cutting away waste, refining the line, and making the essence dwell in silence.
It is a philosophy that resonates so beautifully in the movements of martial arts, in the margins of paintings, and in the act of "just standing" of the human body
.
But ─ ─
it had also become a spell to take away my freedom at some point.
When beauty standards begin to constrain possibilities
Cut more. Shave it down.
That voice is always heard from somewhere.
There can never be too much.
No information, no words, no feelings, no movements.
Every time you add something, you ask yourself, "Isn't this extravagance?" I ask myself.
The aesthetics are indeed sharp, graceful, and beautiful.
But in doing so, have we not overlooked the **"abundance of the here and now "**?
A body that can be regulated by a single breath.
An axis that comes into view in minute fluctuations.
A "way of being" that is born out of invisible relationships.
They are not "added".
However, even at the end of the "cutting down" process, it does not appear completely.
Less is depth
Busshin Degeneracy™ made me ask again.
Instead of "Less is more," shouldn't it be "Less is depth?"
In other words,
"less is beautiful", but
"there is a depth that can only be reached by less".
Relax.
It is not arranged, it just is.
Move the depths of the body without touching the body.
It is not just minimalism.
It is an active reduction to reach the essence.
Takeshin-Denryoku™ is the art of "the minimum to conquer the maximum.
We suffer pain.
Stiff shoulders, back pain, anxiety, breathlessness.
And often we try to fix "parts".
But the part is the result of the whole.
What should be adjusted is the smallest unit that governs the "relationship of the whole," such as **"the use of force," "the quality of breathing," and "the philosophy of standing."
Busshin Dereki™ only touches there.
By not touching it, it reaches deep.
By not grinding, we make them aware of it.
And when that minimal sensation is restored,
the body, the mind, and even the relationship with the world begin to quietly unwind.
A body that "adjusts itself without trying to adjust itself.
What I want to say now is clear.
It's not a "method."
Nor is it a "theory."
Here is "the way to unwind your way of life through your body.
Busshin Dereliction™ is
not just an exercise or mindfulness.
It is **"Truth in Silence "** itself, which is met at the end of the chipping away.
Conclusion - To ask new questions
If you are
feeling like you are "overdoing it" somewhere.
Something is "too much," your breathing is shallow, and your mind feels noisy.
Busshin Dereliction™ doesn't set you up.
It just brings you back to the smallest question.
From there, everything changes.
P.S.
This method is not yet well known.
But we believe there is a definite place for it to reach those who are hungry for depth.
Less is depth.
That is my new "axis.
