The "body of the least common denominator" - what we really need to find before we start working out the details.

You don't look at the details at all."
My wife laughs at me like that.

Indeed, if you ask me, that may be true.
You don't even notice if one screw is off.
If the end of the drawer is open, I don't see any meaning in it.
I have always been interested only in the "overall flow" of things.

But for me, that is not a drawback.
Rather, I believe that the axis of my life is to find the "lowest common denominator" that is unwavering in the whole.

The "least common denominator" is the core, the question.

Pain in the back, pain in the knees, difficulty in breathing...
People come to us with various "symptoms".
But before trying to eliminate each one of them, I believe that there should be a common cause (question)** of
**"Why does the ailment occur?

It could be posture. It might be breathing.
No, it may be something deeper: **"the use of force," "the relationship with gravity," and "the way of being tense.

In other words, there must be a "least common denominator "** that governs all ailments.

Instead of following the "details," align by "wholeness.

Today is the age of partial optimization.
Treatment for back pain for back pain, shoulder exercises for stiff shoulders.
By site, by purpose, by concern.

But I think I have something to do before that.

That is, "Can you stand up properly?" The question is, "Can you stand up properly?
"Is he breathing?" Is my breath coming through?
"Can I support myself without strain?" The question is: "Can I support myself without effort?

The question that brings them all together is the starting point of "Bushin Dereki™.

■ Takeshin Dereki™ is a physical method that "returns to the lowest common denominator.

The "Bushin Dereki™" I teach at
is a completely new physical method that combines the physical manipulation of Aikido, the practicality of fitness, and the "pause" of art.

The common thread that runs through all of them is the idea of "the smallest conquers the largest.
It is the philosophy of "the smallest conquers the largest.

Relax.
Deposit to gravity.
Recall the axis.
Connect with the world by breathing.
Just like that - the body changes.

Because you don 't have to try to get it in order to get it right.

■ When the least common divisor is found, it reaches to the greatest common multiple.

This is a story of the body, but it is also a story of life.
Work, family, and self-actualization. In the midst of our complex and intertwined daily lives,
what should we leave behind and what should we return to?

The body already knows the clues to this.

So I'm still a little proud of myself today for not
noticing the little details.

Summary

Busshin Dereki™ is a physical technique that returns to the "core = the least common denominator for the whole to be aligned" rather than building up the details.
When you touch your own "axis," strangely enough, the world becomes lighter.
The details will follow.
