These terms and conditions govern the terms and conditions of use of various services (the "Services") provided by Aikido Fitness Ran °bu. PERSONAL GYM (hereinafter referred to as "the Gym"), and governs the terms and conditions of use of the various services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by the Gym. It applies to customers who use the Services ("Member").
Article 1 (Definitions)
- The "Services": Fitness, aikido, joint conditioning, beauty, self-defense, and other related services provided by the Gym.
- Facilities": the gym's training equipment, apparatus, changing rooms, etc.
- Agreement": The agreement between the Member and the Gym in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Article 2 (Membership Registration)
Members must agree to these Terms and Conditions and be approved by the gym. Minors must have the consent of a person with parental authority.
The gym will not be liable for any damages incurred due to false information on the application or failure to notify the gym of any changes.
Use of the gym will be denied if any of the following applies
- Those who have violated the terms and conditions in the past.
- Those who are concerned about their health condition
- Those who are deemed to be likely to disrupt the order of service.
Article 3 (Fees)
The amount of the admission fee, course fees, and coupon tickets depends on the fee schedule.
Fees will not be refunded once paid for any reason.
The coupon tickets are valid for one month from the date of purchase.
Article 4 (Cancellation and Late Arrival)
- Transfer is possible if you contact us by 23:59 on the previous day.
- Same-day cancellations will be treated as one session (exceptions: illness, accidents, etc.)
- Late arrivals will only be given the remaining time of the session and may be treated as one session lost.
Article 5 (Intellectual Property)
All intellectual property rights related to this service belong to us or the right holder.
Article 6 (Prohibited Matters)
Members are prohibited from
- Use under the influence of alcohol
- Disturbing, soliciting, or slandering other members
- Abuse of equipment, unauthorized setting changes
- Abusive language, loud voice, violent behavior
- Photographing, recording, or altering facilities without permission
Article 7 (Admission Restrictions)
The Gym may take measures to prohibit admission or suspend use of the gym if any of the following apply
- Those who are deemed unfit to exercise for health reasons.
- Persons with infectious or contagious diseases
- Persons related to or equivalent to organized crime groups
- Other persons who may interfere with the operation.
Article 8 (Health Care)
The member is responsible for his/her own health condition and decision whether or not to exercise, and the gym will not be involved in the decision.
If there is a risk of spread of infectious disease, temperature measurement and services may be temporarily suspended.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
The Gym shall not be liable for any of the following damages, etc:
- Injuries, worsening of pre-existing conditions, and other health problems
- Mental and physical fatigue due to instruction
- Theft/Loss
- Trouble between members or with third parties
However, this does not apply to cases in which the damage was caused by obvious negligence on the part of the Gym.
Article 10 (Cancellation or Suspension of Contract)
If a member fails to pay fees or violates the terms and conditions, the gym may suspend or terminate the service without prior notice.
This service will be terminated with prior notice.
Article 11 (Personal Information)
Members' personal information will be handled appropriately in accordance with laws and regulations.
The purpose of use is to provide information on new services, respond to inquiries, prepare statistical data, etc., and may be provided to subcontractors as necessary.
Article 12 (Restriction of Use and Facility Closure)
The Museum may be temporarily closed or restricted due to natural disasters, changes in social conditions, facility maintenance, or other reasons. No compensation for damages will be provided in this case.
Article 13 (Others)
- Lost and found items will be kept for one month and then disposed of.
- In principle, changes to these rules and fees will be notified on our website at least one month in advance.
- Members guarantee that they have no relationship with antisocial forces and are subject to termination of contract and compensation for damages in case of violation.
- This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and in the event of any dispute, the Nagano District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
