These special provisions apply to all users of online lessons (domestic and international) provided by Ran° Bu. personal GYM (hereinafter referred to as "the Studio"). These special provisions shall take precedence over the terms and conditions for in-person lessons.
Article 1 | Nature of Online Lessons
Online lessons are a form of instruction conducted via internet communication, and the Studio does not directly touch the user's body to provide assistance or safety management. Therefore, these lessons primarily consist of advice, suggestions, and demonstrations of movements.
Article 2 | Self-Responsibility and Environmental Management
The user shall be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring the safety of the location where the lesson is conducted (sufficient space, non-slip floor, and an environment free of obstacles)
- Managing one's own physical condition, pre-existing conditions, and state of fatigue
- Judging when to adjust or stop movements within a reasonable range
Article 3 | Disclaimer Regarding Injuries and Poor Health
The Studio shall not be liable for any injuries, pain, poor health, or other physical problems that occur during or after online lessons, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
These lessons are not intended for medical treatment, therapy, or rehabilitation.
Article 4 | Communication and Equipment Issues
The Studio shall not be liable for any interruptions, delays, or inability to view lessons due to communication environment, equipment, or internet connection issues.
Article 5 | Prohibition of Recording and Reproduction
The content of online lessons (images, audio, instruction content, materials, etc.) is copyrighted material belonging to the Studio.
The following acts are prohibited:
- Recording lessons
- Sharing, reprinting, or redistributing to third parties
- Commercial use
Article 6 | Continuous Use (Monthly Fee/Subscription)
When using continuous online lessons, the user agrees to the following:
- The effectiveness or results of the lessons are not guaranteed
- Cancellations must be made via the designated method at least 7 days before the next renewal date.
- As a general rule, refunds will not be issued for payments already made
*For overseas users, exchange rate fluctuations and settlement fees may apply.
Article 7 | Supplementary Provisions Regarding Overseas Users
Even when using this service from overseas, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms. This service is governed by Japanese law, and the court of exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance in the event of a dispute shall be the competent court in Japan.
Article 8 | Supplementary Provisions Regarding Philosophy (Bushin Datsuryoku™)
Bushin Datsuryoku™ aims to cultivate the ability to feel, choose, and adjust oneself, rather than "entrusting" the body to others.
Online lessons are one means of putting this concept into practice in daily life.
