From Martial Arts to Fitness
At the age of 15, I discovered aikido and it changed my life.
In 2028, I received my 4th dan from the Aikikai and was qualified to open a dojo in
Japan.
But I chose not an aikido dojo -
but a fitness gym that "brings the wisdom of the martial arts to the health of people today.
Behind this choice is a deep conflict with my own way of life.
Returning to the starting point and the realization of "1
About 15 years ago. I took a new serious look at aikido and
decided to “start aikido all over again from scratch” and used my own body as a test subject.
And I found only one truth.
That is the core of “Takeshin Dereki™” **“1”** that Ran°Take. That is the core of “Bushin Dereki™” **“1”** that Ran°Bu.
Please feel the true nature of this “1” in your experience.
Both spiritual conflict and art
I am a martial artist, painter and art dealer.
I have devoted much of my life to art.
But the art world sometimes breaks people.
I myself went through a period of suicidal thoughts, self-harm, and attempts due to trauma from bullying in high school.
Aikido saved me.
It was Aikido that saved my spirit.
The realization and self-affirmation that came through the correct use of my body.
It has certainly changed me more than any words could ever do.
Aiming for the fusion of beauty and health
Now I am using my experience to create
a space where body and mind can be in harmony.
A time to arrange works of art and to breathe with tea.
This is an important moment to connect physical training and spiritual recovery.
The path of "body," "mind," and "beauty" that I have walked.
I would like to combine them with your life at Ran°Take. I would like to combine them with your life in a place called " Ran°Bu.
